  We've had T-Mobile for about 20 years now, we go to this store for all our phones and service changes. Customer care has always been great for us. Even when they're busy with lots of customers they do their best to help the next person to the fullest extent. They've always been quite knowledgeable on everything we ever asked about, not ever leading me in the wrong direction. Customer service has been excellent on the phone has been good, and only if they aren't certain about certain things they're honest enough to let you know you can get help at the 800 number. Calling the 800 number has always helped me. They are thorough, caring, and even patient with my endless questions about stuff I don't know. They're kind and always very professional, always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this store.
