When custom products were requested, it was never stated my request wasn't something their company did. Upon delivery and installation of my countertops, they advised we would need to go to Home Depot or Lowes to buy our own. ASININE! When the office was contacted, their scheduler and her manager had zero interest in making this situation correct. Or even offering to purchase the items we were told were included in our price! Nonsense
