  Bought a couch from this gallery and they are not standing behind it. Back & forth with them and the manufacturer for over 9 months. Extremely unhappy with the outcome. After months thought it was a good solution for us to return the couch (6 hours round trip driving) and have the manufacturer take 3 months to "repair" the couch. No, not a good solution, especially after months of nothing more than replacement parts discussions. The pillows have feathers coming out, the cushions are not holding up and the fabric is fraying. Not exactly quality.
